How to Participate

Any individual investigators, researchers, laboratories, and institutions who have general interests in water microbiomes may participate in this consortium. Within the consortium, we will use standardized protocols (e.g., sampling, water analysis, nucleic acid extraction and purification, molecular analysis), share resources available in different organizations/institutions (e.g., filed sites, WWTPs, metadata, high throughput metagenomic data, publications), manually conduct/help sample analyses, and organize workshops and meetings.
